Master planning, rezoning, design and documentation were provided for this full block development of 96-unit townhomes and stacked townhomes in the East Cherry Creek Neighborhood. The townhomes have distinct floor plans and fine architectural details including curved turrets, detailed brickwork, and landscaping throughout the complex. The homes are brought to the streets and to beautiful, landscaped courtyards scattered throughout the site to create a sense of community, and nature and provide a neighborhood feel.
Manor Homes received The American Institute of Architects, Colorado Chapter, “Housing Colorado & Maintaining its Spirit of Place,” Honorable Mention, 1995. This was one of the first townhome development projects in the Cherry Creek Neighborhood and served as a catalyst in joining the Cherry Creek North and Cherry Creek East neighborhoods.
