DANIEL NICHOLS is Project Manager for The Nichols Partnership.
Daniel started his real estate career as a commercial broker for NAI Shames Makovsky in Denver, CO. As a member of the Corporate Services team he focused on tenant representation, facilitating both commercial leases as well as investment sales. Prior to working at NAI, Daniel worked at Woodspear Properties as an investment analyst with a focus on value-add residential properties.
Daniel joined the Nichols Partnership in 2018 as an Assistant Project Manager working on the 1200 Lincoln and One Platte projects. In 2019 Daniel relocated to California to assist with the development of the Stanly Ranch Resort in Napa. Additionally, he took on the management of Immortal Estate vineyard and has directed the improvement and expansion of the Immortal label both nationally and internationally.
Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Denison University in Ohio.
