CHRISTOPHER CROSBY is President of The Nichols Partnership.

The Nichols Partnership is a Denver-based development firm recognized for delivering high-impact, design-driven projects that shape vibrant communities.

Since joining in 2001, Chris has led more than $1 billion in office, multi-family, retail, and mixed-use developments.   Landmark projects include Clayton Lane, Spire, Galvanize, 1701 Platte and Stanly Ranch – an Auberge Resorts Collection luxury resort and residential master-planned community in Napa Valley.  After relocating to California in 2018 to shepherd Stanly Ranch through the pandemic and open it successfully in 2022, Chris returned to Denver in August 2025 to assume the presidency of Nichols Partnership, driving the firm’s strategic vision and enduring commitment to excellence.

Previously he served as Executive Vice President at Atlanta-based Legacy Ventures, leading urban mixed-use projects, and played key roles with the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games on Olympic Village and Olympic Stadium.

Chris holds a Master’s degree from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University.  A LEED® Accredited Professional, he has served on the boards of the Downtown Denver Partnership and the Cherry Creek Business Improvement District.
