1899 Wynkoop is a nine-story office building offering an impressive mix of materials including brick, stone, metal, and glass. The style of the building complements the surrounding LoDo historic district buildings while providing a unique contemporary look and feel. The building consists of 175,000 square feet of Class AA office space at the corner of 19th & Wynkoop Streets in the heart of lower downtown Denver and adjacent to both Union Station and Coors Field. 1899 Wynkoop was recognized as a model for new development in Denver’s Lower Downtown Historic District and was one of the first-Class AA office buildings built in LoDo.
